These flameware pans are made with a specifically formulated stoneware to use on an open flame for cooking. This batch of pans is very limited in number and individually glazed in a burnished black or left with a raw exterior. While the exterior is matte the interior of each piece is satin for easy clean up. Paella anyone!?
